So I'm sick of feeling sick. But my shift got me reduced to caffiene (mt dew) and junk to keep me awake. In the end those things don't work and ultimately I feel like shit in the end regardless.
So I find this article on Dr. OZ for the book 10 day detox. I'll give this a go in gaining weight and hating myself so something had to give.
First day went good. I got this. I can do it.
Second day woke with a terrible headache. Down hill from there. Please please just give me my soda back. Went for a wall and felt so weak in surprised I made it home.
Day the. At work dragging horrible as so sleepy and hungry. Can I have my sweets and soda yet? :(
